We could not be more pleased with the experience with AGU during our re-roof. We had significant roof damage due to a hurricane, and they were with us the entire way. It took months of back and forth with the insurance company and multiple … More inspections from adjusters before they agreed to pay for the entire roof. Kenny was so helpful and informative throughout the entire process, and was here on site every time we had an adjuster present and any other time that was necessary. Jenna was also instrumental in communicating with us and with the insurance company and kept the paperwork in order throughout. The actual re-roof was quick and the crew did a great job! They were extremely professional during the project and everything was well cleaned up afterwards. While our process seemed long, AGU was with us through it all and kept us informed and the process moving forward. Definitely recommend.

He worked with the insurance companies and got approval for full roof replacement for both properties.
