AGU is great. Marcos was my neighbor for years. He’s a great guy. Today with so many companies out there that are either owned by a hedge fund corporation or just looking to scam you, this is a local family owned business that is just looking to do a great service. Their communication is great and they do what they say they will do. I highly recommend them.

Airon at AGU helped us with our roof replacement following hail damage from a storm in our area. The AGU team made every step of the process so easy, from submitting a claim, to following up with the insurance agency for us, to installation day and I can't recommend them enough. The roof is great and we are very happy with the service they provided.

We have been working with AGU for almost a year (to no fault of their own) fighting with insurance to get our roof. They were helpful and knowledgeable during the entire process and even gave us the name of an attorney to help us. They handled absolutely everything paperwork wise and answered our many questions. The roofing crew was hard working and extremely efficient. Airon and Jenna were truly amazing to work with!

Airon was my project manager from AGU and helped me every step of the way. Starting with coming over to give a quote, to outlining the process of going through an insurance claim, all the way to having the roof completed through final inspection. Airon took us step by step..from inspecting the problem.. helping us through the insurance process..communicating I often and promptly…and making sure the project was completed and satisfactory for us on every level. AGU replaced our roof with a metal roof. Ours was complicated since they had to remove and re-install solar panels. They helped us navigate with our insurance for replacement. These guys know how to re-install solar panels. Ben is absolutely amazing! We are very happy with our metal roof and our house looks beautiful. Thanks to Ken too for staying on top of the project.
