Last week we finished one of our favorite projects this season. This homeowner came to us needing a full roof replacement, new gutters, and a complete fascia and soffit makeover. We were very happy to deliver just that.

Full Roof Replacement With GAF Timberline HDZ Architectural Shingles in Charcoal
This beautiful home got what we call the AGU Bulletproof package. We tore off the old roofing system down to the deck, replaced all damaged/rotted wood, fastened all decking according to current Florida building code, and installed peel-and-stick underlayment to waterproof the deck- before we added brand new GAF Timberline HDZ architectural shingles. If you are not familiar with these shingles, they are one of the most popular choices here in Central Florida for good reason. They hold up great against our summer storms, high winds, and that intense UV we get year round. The charcoal color gives the home a clean, modern look that pairs really well with the white siding and trim on this property.

But we didn’t stop at the roof. This home also got black seamless gutters and downspouts, leaf guards to keep out all the oak debris we deal with here in Minneola, and brand new aluminum fascia and soffit – all in black. The black trim against the charcoal shingles and white exterior gives this house a sharp, updated curb appeal that the homeowner was really happy with as you can see in the photos.
