AGU did a phenomenal job putting our metal roof on. They were very knowledgeable and meticulous. We got several estimates and they gave us a stronger quality metal for the same price. All the roofers were very polite and picked up most all debris every single day. We were kept informed on a daily basis.

AGU went above and beyond to ensure the final product was perfect. We had a color-matching issue, and AGU was very understanding. They helped rectify the issue in a professional and timely manner. Even though the color issue was not their fault, they were quick to fix the problem. They only cared about the outcome and their clients' satisfaction. Airon at AGU helped us with our roof replacement following hail damage from a storm in our area. The AGU team made every step of the process so easy, from submitting a claim, to following up with the insurance agency for us, to installation day and I can't recommend them enough. The roof is great and we are very happy with the service they provided.

We have been working with AGU for almost a year (to no fault of their own) fighting with insurance to get our roof. They were helpful and knowledgeable during the entire process and even gave us the name of an attorney to help us. They handled absolutely everything paperwork wise and answered our many questions.
